That’s a 3X bodyweight squat!!! 220kg (484 lbs) at just over 70kg (154 lbs) bodyweight!!! When you’re in a fight you need to be able to maintain high levels of force and power throughout. A “high” level is relative… if your max squat is 500lbs and you try to squat 250lbs every 15 seconds until exhaustion you’ll last a lot longer before you gas than someone who only can squat 300lbs
